The Hadley Trust

The Hadley Trust is a grant-making charity which aims to improve the lives of disadvantaged people in the UK. The Trust, founded in 1997, aims to be a stable, long-term funding partner for its recipients. The charities it supports range in size but we tend to prefer charities which are small enough for us to establish a meaningful working relationship. The trustees aim to strike a balance between supporting charities that work in the policy arena, working to improve the system, and those that actively provide support and services on the ground, either nationally or just within their local communities. Two areas of particular focus are criminal justice and young people.
