Today, women real estate agents represent more than half of the industry, but less than a third of nationally-recognized coaches are women. The Helm is a modern coaching platform on a mission to ensure the nationally-recognized real estate coaching options better reflects the industry it serves. We are committed to developing, elevating, and promoting female-centric coaching voices and creating opportunities for women to thrive in leadership roles across the real estate industry. We were founded on three key beliefs: 1) Experience matters - the best coaching experiences come from those who have done it themselves. 2) Choice matters - coaching expertise shouldn't be locked up locally or with a chosen few nationally. 3) Women matter - more women coaching at the national level is better for the industry. The Helm delivers on this foundation by helping more seasoned women get into real estate coaching and supporting their growth along the way. We envision a future where more women are leading and shaping the future of the real estate industry and are dedicated to building the largest and most respected community of women to do so.
