About The Inclusion Imperative
The Inclusion Imperative is an independent best-practice Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consultancy which helps commercial organisations, and their leaders and staff, harness the power of inclusion as a key strategy for wellbeing, organisational learning and superior business outcomes. It was founded in 2022 by Geffrye Parsons (he/him), a highly decorated professional who leverages his extensive commercial experience in financial and professional services to foster meaningful diversity, equity and inclusion within organisations, disrupting received wisdoms to promote leadership development and cultural reinvention through thought leadership. Geff's approach to DE&I is heavily informed by his experience of a 35-year career as a senior front office executive (he was formerly a Managing Director at various leading banks, based in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Netherlands). This means that Geff brings a practical, commercial perspective to DE&I – ensuring that theory translates into front office reality. The Inclusion Imperative offers multiple value-adding services to organisations on a third party basis.
