The Ladder Back Down has been created to raise BAME professionals and Youth until the last one of us has been raised and till our youth see visible positive role models to aspire to be like.
We are in this journey called life together, and so #werise together and can only #risebyliftingothers.
We provide FREE weekend workshops and mentoring to black and ethnic minority human beings who:
- aspire to earn an honest and decent living;
- aspire to climb the corporate leadership ladder globally, through hard work, dignity and with integrity
We have an engaging WhatsApp group - with Focus days for professionals of different disciplines to send the ladder back down to aspiring members of the group who are considering a specific discipline. We also have a separate Ladder Back Down Telegram Group for black leaders globally to discuss how to role model emotional intelligent leadership to those who look up to us as leaders.
Again, I crave the success of my fellow human being and will not deem myself as successful until the Ladder Back Down has impacted on the life of as many BAME adults and youth as we can.
