Mt Isthmus, an exceptional sole use premium villa experience. Sitting on a 7000 acre station andviews out over Lake Hāwea — which is one of New Zealand’s best kept secrets. Paroa Bay, in the Bay of Islands comprises three luxury villas, the acclaimed Paroa Bay Winery, and our restaurant, Sage, all onsite, Paroa Bay is the epitome of coastal beauty and luxury.
