The Pastry Project is a social enterprise that provides free baking and pastry training and job placement assistance to individuals with barriers to opportunity in the industry. We partner with community nonprofits for student referrals and with local bakery and dessert businesses in hiring program graduates. We fund our free training program through selling our pastries, our pastry ingredients kits and by teaching classes to the public!
