The first day you have service, we get your Google review link. Or if you are a hotel, we put you an Expedia and TripAdvisor as well, and possibly Zillow.
If you're a real estate agent, the next thing we do is we set up your SMS, text messaging. We set up the apology first on. If the person isn't a hundred percent happy with your service and then we set up the different services and products you have that you want to send out and ask for ratings about.
Now we go ahead and we add customer, we add your name, your phone number. Your cell phone number and your email address, and we don't collect any of this information. This is all your data. We don't ever plan to sell any data at any time and we don't collect your data. The message goes out to your customer saying, thank you for choosing us as the place you choose for your product or service.
Then I ask all my customers to rate me a one, two or three to show them what happens on our service. When you get a bad review, it automatically sends an apology note to the customer that states, sorry, you didn't. Have did not have a hundred percent good time with the product or service. We will be in touch shortly at the exact same moment. The owner or manager of the product or service gets a note saying that the client's phone number and name and asks you to call them, giving them great customer service, then we would request, is it okay if we send you another l
