The Rising Stars Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides interested youth ages 16-24 with dedicated career support, mentorship and industry exposure to sustainable careers within the construction industry.
By cultivating a steady pipeline of skilled workers for in-demand trades, the Rising Stars Program bridges the skills gap for underrepresented youth while providing employers with a qualified workforce.
A nationally renowned program, Rising Stars is currently offered in six cities across the U.S., including Boston, Mass.; Brockton, Mass.; Brooklyn, N.Y.; Charlotte, N.C.; Cleveland, Ohio; and Newark, N.J.
