The Rooh Foundation strives to spread awareness about mental health and thus creating a safe space where we feel free to express ourselves. The breaking of the chains of stigma and taboo associated with mental health is vital for the growth of the self and the society. It's imperative we stop glorifying and romanticising sacrifice and the notion of bravery that is associated with it. Let us all try to be brave enough to open up, to allow ourselves the version of us we deserve. The motto of our organization is, "lifting spirits, healing souls.” We hope to achieve our goals- helping, supporting and igniting a flame of hope in everyone.
