The UK has an education leadership recruitment and retention crisis. The Shared Headship Network promotes shared leadership in UK schools in order to make progressing in school leadership more accessible and sustainable for all people. We are growing a supportive professional network, providing matching and coaching to network members. We aim to change the culture of leadership recruitment by helping schools to advertise and support shared leadership roles. We aim to raise awareness of the benefits of shared headships and leadership roles by sharing the latest research and case studies.
