The Shift

The Shift is a bold new voice in media redefining how we celebrate and amplify women shaping business, culture, and impact. Launched in July with its inaugural issue, The Shift brings together 90 global visionaries across generations and industries. At the heart of this debut is Gloria Steinem, whose legacy anchors our mission: to shift narratives and mobilize impact through elevated storytelling. Created in partnership with legendary photographers Inez & Vinoodh, The Shift is a biannual print and digital publication spotlighting transformative leadership, cultural influence, and creative force. Each issue blends original narratives and immersive visuals that highlight artists, entrepreneurs, and changemakers shaping the future of innovation and progress. The inaugural edition features an unprecedented collective including Julianne Moore, Billie Eilish, Deepika Padukone, Angelina Jolie, Jessica Chastain, Amal Clooney, Olivia Rodrigo, Selena Gomez, Misty Copeland, and Billie Jean King. Rising voices like Sunisa Lee, Marley Dias, and Lola Tung appear alongside legacy leaders such as Mariska Hargitay and Arianna Huffington, with reflections from Amanda Gorman. More than a magazine, The Shift is a purpose-driven platform. 50% percent of proceeds from each issue support nonprofit causes selected by the featured contributors. For the inaugural issue, donations will benefit Gloria’s Foundation and California Strong, aiding recovery efforts for the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires.
