The Skills Workshop

The Skills Workshop is an annual program of free, virtual workshops across June – October that will help you build your awareness of opportunities within the investment industry, increase your financial literacy and help you to become application ready. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals and get valuable insight into how you can differentiate yourself from the crowd - by understanging what they value the most. Its goal is to tackle underrepresentation across the industry and increase social mobility – by addressing the intersectionality between ethnicity, gender, social mobility and other dimensions of diversity. Open to all, last year over 7,500 people took part. Who can sign up? All educational routes welcome (college/university, all disciplines and subjects welcome). All predicted grades welcome. All age groups welcome (from 18+). There is no application form or assessment criteria.
