Who I am - - An Accredited Sport and Exercise Psychologist with HCPC Registration. - MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology, and a BSc Psychology with Sport Science - UEFA B in Coaching Football Experience - - Work as a psychologist in a Women's Super League Academy, England Netball Youth Teams, England Hockey Youth Teams For who - - Athletes (individual and team) - Rehabilitation, performance, leadership, confidence, emotional control...to name a few! - Exercisers - Gain motivation and drive to live a healthier lifestyle - Parents - Supporting your child through their sport or to take healthier behaviours towards exercise - Coaches - Enhance leadership skills, how to manage the coach-athlete relationship, increasing communication skills...(to name a few!) - Officials - Become better at emotional control, concentration, performance demands/stresses....(to name a few!) - Sport Specialist - Working with athletes or exercisers as a physio or strength and conditioning coach, learn how to enhance your ability to support effectively.
