Created by an adult with ADHD and a former mental health professional, our Notion templates are designed for busy ADHD professionals. As a Notion Creator, we wanted to find ways to aid others in the neurodivergent community by addressing common struggles such as planning, organization, and big picture thinking, to help them avoid those unwanted feelings of overwhelm, procrastination, and information overload. Our user-friendly templates are crafted to help customers manage those to-do list items requiring lots of energy and those pesky executive functioning skills, making it easier to stay focused, organized, and on track.
