We have been there since the age of the first personal computers, the birth of most Fortune 500 companies, the rise of social media platforms, etc... You get the idea! We have been customers of all ages and times! We know what is a pleasant experience for a client and what is a bad one! We have participated for over 20 years in testing products and processes for client friendliness after their launch! We are not saying that companies are not putting enough effort into their UX design methodology. We are just saying that seeing things from the customers' point of view is quite different from a mere UX design!
