The Buzz is a lifestyle magazine geared toward all Boston University students. Our focus is on news and happenings on the BU campus and in the city of Boston—the two communities to which all Boston University students belong. We hope to inform students about what is going on around them and inspire them to explore opportunities for fun and education on and off-campus. Sections include: campus, city, culture, fashion, food, music, wellness, travel, and opinion. Every step in creating the magazine is completed by current Boston University students. From writers to photographers to graphic designers and models, positions on the Buzz's staff are filled by members of our talented student body. The Buzz is currently led by Editor in Chief, Amanda Willis (COM ’21), and Managing Editor, Alejandra Aristeguieta (COM ’21). Usually, The Buzz prints one issue at the end of each academic semester (Fall and Spring semesters) and celebrates with a community-wide launch party!
