The Caring Place provides assistance to individuals and families in financial crisis. We are funded by financial donations from the community. Additionally, we receive donations of the gently used clothing, housewares and furniture which we are able to sell in our thrift store, The Shops at The Caring Place and Second helping. The Caring Place is also supported by nearly 500 volunteers who give of their time.
Our community is experiencing rapid growth and The Caring Place is continually challenged to provide resources to the increasing number of individuals in need. You can help us to meet the growing need by volunteering at The Caring Place, donating gently used clothing and household items and furniture, making a financial donation and referring people to us who may need our services.
