Who We Are
At The CHANGE Project, we believe those closest to the problem are closest to the solution. We partner with community leaders, equipping them with the tools, resources, and platform to dismantle health disparities from within. We champion community-led initiatives, advocacy, education, and storytelling to ignite lasting change.
What We Do
Ignite Leadership: Our Health Equity Incubator invests in visionary community leaders, providing them with the training, mentorship, and resources to create and implement impactful solutions tailored to their community's needs.
Amplify Voices: We empower communities to become advocates for their own health. Through advocacy training, coalition building, and policy engagement, we ensure that the voices of those most affected are heard in the halls of power.
Educate & Engage: We foster health literacy, preventive care, and awareness of systemic issues through workshops, community events, and direct health services. We believe knowledge is power, and we equip communities with the tools to take charge of their well-being.
Share Stories: The Parity Media Project gives voice to the lived experiences of those affected by health disparities. Through powerful storytelling, we inspire action, shift perspectives, and create a shared understanding of the urgent need for change.
