The Courageous Collective podcast is created by comms consultant and copywriter Rupa Bharadva and branding specialist Vardeep Edwards. After noticing a lack of representation in networking spaces, magazines and podcasts, we decided to take action and created The Courageous Collective - a podcast and community for women of colour, creative business founders. We celebrate and amplify the voices of women of colour and share their stories from the challenges they've overcome to build their businesses to how their identities and backgrounds have impacted and influenced them and what they're yet to achieve.
