The DZ Factory

The DZ Factory is a boutique artist management structure, a label and a music industry consulting firm. Artist management and label are defined as entrepreneurial activities taking creative, entrepreneurial and financial risks in carefully selecting the artists the company works with. The DZ Factory will be co-producing the initial recordings to create awareness and visibility to reach a targeted community of fans through its in-house label, The Recording Village, promoting the first live experience, raising the funds to secure the financing of the creative and marketing and communication process. Such artist-manager/label relation is built on strong values such as respect, commitment, transparency, integrity among others and is secured through innovative legal contracts. At the same time, the DZ Factory is, through its consulting activity involved in a pan-european consulting activity through the European Music Industry Consulting Factory. EMIC offers its clients a broad range of high value added services ranging from redefining the client's strategy and strategic implementation to advising in terms of music industry partnerships, creative process, traditional and social media marketing and communication or investment and M&A issues.
