As a grief educator and trauma-informed resilience coach, my passion is to help grievers tap back into their instinctual and innate grieving skills through creativity, somatic exercises, and community. I provide the tools to incorporate these concepts into both our personal and professional lives through workshops, gatherings, virtual collectives, and individual guidance.
This is a validating space where you’ll learn how humanity has been grieving for millennia and how to incorporate those same practices into your life to inspire you, your loved ones, and your employees to grow and move forward alongside grief.
