The Hope Exchange helps the homeless with comprehensive and integrated range of Social Services that improves the lives of those living on the streets, facilitates human development and leads to reintegration and reunification.
The Hope Exchange, provides services to homeless and vulnerable people, creating access to our social care team. Situated in Cape Town CBD, people can clean themselves, wash their clothes, receive clothing assistance, wellness screening, life skills training and accommodation at Geoff Burton House as part of the journey towards independent living.
We collaborate to offer a holistic service to reintegrate homeless and vulnerable clients into society, reunify them with their families. and referring people to long-term care facilities where needed.
Our social enterprises include The Car Wash and Second Chance Charity Shop.
