Kothari Group of Companies

The Kothari Group has been successfully developing and managing Canadian real estate since its entry into Canada in 1996. The real estate division of the group currently owns and manages two hotels in Winnipeg, MB. and in Cambridge, Ont. The group is also undertaking two condominium developments in Winnipeg. The Kothari Group entered equity based mortgage financing in 2002 with the formation of Mercury Mortgages. The Kothari Group has assisted more than a thousand clients and has funded more than $200 million in loans. In 2011, the Kothari Group diversified its finance holdings by creating Orchid Leasing, a sub-prime transport leasing company, which focuses on owner operators in the transportation space. The group continues to grow through strategic investments in real estate and financing throughout Canada.
