SMALL-SCALE PILOT PRODUCTION: Our commercial-grade pilot production facility is ideal for experimental beverages, collaboration brews, or small runs for professional presentations to investors, retailers, and distributors. Small-scale production is also a cost-effective option for consumer sampling initiatives and focus groups. A pilot run can dramatically reduce your initial capital investment while providing you with the data and insights for when you are ready to scale up production.
We support pilots in 20+ alcoholic and non-alcoholic categories including RTD cocktails, hard seltzers, fermented/Kombucha, CSDs, energy, tea, and functional waters. We are licensed for beer, wine, and spirits.
QUALITY ASSURANCE LAB: The Lab also boasts a full-service laboratory offering analytic, microbiological, and quality assurance testing including alcohol analysis, gluten, and nutritional testing, shelf-life testing, and more. We are also a SpecMetrix certified facility for aluminum can quality testing.
