What started as a collaboration between two local coffee roasters and a pop-up shop turned into a full scale cafe and roastery where the spirit of collaboration and community is at the heart of everything we do. At Theory Coffee Roasters, we are proud of what we craft, but it’s about more than serving great drinks. It’s about supportive community and collaborative friends, local businesses, and neighbors. It’s about making Redding the best city it can be, one cup at a time. We are dedicated to our city, committed to excellence in sourcing specialty coffees, and devoted to fostering an environment where we are better together than we are alone. We serve coffee, tea, and Eden scratch made baked goods everyday in beautiful downtown Redding, California. From the farmer’s labor to the prepared beverage, each step in the process of crafting outstanding coffee stewards relationships and cultivates community.
