The Radical You

The Radical You is a community-powered initiative for healing, unlearning, and building a better way to live, work, and grow—together. We exist to support people navigating burnout, systemic harm, and disconnection—especially those who want to build something new without replicating the systems we’re trying to escape. Through grassroots healing, business strategy, and collective care, we help purpose-driven folks (founders, creatives, organizers, and community builders) scale sustainably, reimagine success, and reconnect with themselves and each other. We believe healing starts at the root—not the surface. That means looking at how generational trauma, capitalism, and white supremacy shape our lives—and practicing radical acceptance, inclusive education, and mindful leadership in response. Our offerings blend practical tools (automation, data for good, values-aligned growth) with healing-centered support (restorative justice, self-reflection, community resilience). The work is anti-fascist, anti-oppressive, and built to help people thrive, not just survive. The Radical You is a grassroots movement to reclaim our power, rediscover our essence, and reconnect in this unlikely, micro, macro experience we call life. We’re not here to “fix” you—we’re here to remember who we are. Together.
