Theragist is a psycho-social intervention platform that is designed to improve mental health in young people. We want to use Theragist to identify and provide support to people with anxiety and mood disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm tendencies and substance abuse. It is an internet-based cognitive behavior therapy which focuses on supporting people to change unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors, improve emotional regulation, and to develop personal coping strategies to solve current problems.
