The Steele Method

The Steele Method assists small and midsized organizations with employee engagement and retention through a unique process that blends the performance management process with intrinsic rewards via the lens of Maslow’s Hierarchy. Through Contributorship, employees see the WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) at the intrinsic level, which creates a strong bond with the organization. Engaged employees are far less likely to leave, increasing retention and reducing recruiting costs.
