Founded in 2019 in Lucknow, The Hazelnut Factory is North India’s fastest‑growing food and beverage brand and the first to introduce an espresso bar alongside an artisanal sweets boutique at Aerocity. We bring together gourmet flavours, artisanal craftsmanship, and immersive European café experiences. From speciality coffee and global bakes to handcrafted sweets and savouries, we believe every offering is designed to delight the senses and leave a lasting impression.

Artisan Sweets & Confectionery – A reimagined take on Indian classics alongside authentic baklava and trademarked Labon, including sugar‑free options for the conscious indulgent.

11 cafés across Delhi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida, and Prayagraj, with 10 more in the pipeline as part of our FY25 expansion.
A 125,000 sq. ft. central production unit in Lucknow, with a new facility in Noida.
Retail‑first model: 75 % of our business from café sales; 25 % from online orders, with growing interest in packaged products and FMCG channels.
Backed by Bikaji Foods, who hold a 53 % stake and supports our expansion and growth vision across five states over the next three years.
