Think Equity

After putting over 15 years of combined industry experience into advancing excellence through inclusion within their individual firms, two young Black women I.D.E.A. (Inclusion. Diversity. Equity. Access) experts came together to found Think Equity, a global movement to eradicate systemic disparities impacting Black, Latinx, Asian, Indigenous, and historically minoritized communities. We have always led our work through a racial equity lens, but as we began to learn and grow in our understanding of how social factors impact a person’s overall well-being and life outcome, we became acutely aware of the critical need to broaden our analysis, and reach to include individual, organizational, and impact system-level change.
