She asked probing questions and really listened to what I was saying. There’s been some real moments of realisation for me, and it has helped me to recognise my own behaviours particularly in terms of negative self-talk/imposter syndrome, striving for perfectionism, setting personal acceptable boundaries and being able to work at varying degrees of pace without it impacting my morale and motivation.
