Three Mushketeers is a Finnish startup specializing in innovative ingredients for plant-based foods. We upcycle mushroom cultivation by-products into high-value ingredients that have been proven to enhance umami flavors and suppress legume off-flavors. It's especially effective in plant-based products, making them more delicious—and even the first choice for consumers. We are actively looking for: - New clients!
