It might be cancer or another life-limiting illness. Or maybe it’s a health condition like type 2 diabetes, obesity, dementia, and/or cardiovascular disease. You and your medical providers know that lifestyle changes like upgrading your nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress management can improve your treatment outcomes. You also know that healthy habits can dramatically reduce the likelihood of developing severe diseases in the first place. But knowing and doing are two different things. You and I will work to apply evidence-based, whole-person, prescriptive lifestyle change that works for you, your lifestyle and your needs, and in the process, rediscover who you are, leverage your strengths, and reignite your passion for life. I'm an experienced, Nationally Board-Certified Health And Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with a demonstrated track record of success working with individuals, medical practices, law firms, and corporations of all sizes. Quick-witted, and engaging, I rally people to harness the power within themselves to create meaningful lifestyle change. Inspired by my experiences as a trauma survivor, cancer survivor, Big Law litigator, and my passion for healthy living, I provide practical, results-oriented, evidence-based health and wellness coaching to groups and individuals. Highly skilled in active listening, motivational interviewing, habit change, and creative problem-solving. My greatest feeling of accomplishment comes from helping others achieve their goals.
