TEAM: Thriving Educators Aspiring Male Professionals

Only 3 % of the Early Childhood Educators are males. Yes, Early Childhood Education is a rewarding profession. However, male educators often have to face unique sets of challenges that can have negative impact on their wellbeing and in turn affect their passion toward the profession. The challenges may include but is not limited to gender stereotypes expectations, judgemental attitude, discrimination or even bullying at a workplace. 'Thriving as Male Educators' aims to provide tips, techniques and strategies experienced male educators use to succeed and thrive at their workplace. It also believes in building a safe space for male educators to discuss their challenges and botherations.
