Tim Rosa: Advisor, Consultant + Investor

Work closely with entrepreneurs, brands, venture capital, private equity, hedge funds and commercial real estate as an investor, consultant, advisor, or board member. Assist with strategic planning, fundraising, recruiting, leadership mentoring, M&A, business development, culture, growth (brand, performance, sales, GTM) at early stage, growth stage and large/public companies. As investor I’m primarily interested in 1.) early-stage disruptive or category defining brands tied to health-tech, wearables, SaaS, video games, blockchain and 2.) commerical real estate opportunities focused on multi-unit residential and/or hospitality buildings in the United States and Mexico.
