The Group was formed in 1991 as The O'Connor Group and evolved over the years through numerous merges, acquisitions and joint ventures until it formed a partnership with Eddie Kornhauser and consolidated into a holding company known as Titanium Enterprises. The Group is a privately owned and operated group of companies and operates under 15 Titanium Group Companies and 4 Titanium Group Trusts. The Group has constructed, completed and directed more than 50 Property Developments around the World and is a Major Developer Member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
