Our commitment is to empower individuals, uplift communities, and drive sustainable change. Our Mission We aim to provide resources, support, and opportunities for the people of South Sudan, with a focus on empowering women, youth, and vulnerable groups. By addressing critical issues such as poverty, access to healthcare, and education, we help communities build a more secure and prosperous future. Our Programs Food Security & Livelihoods: Supporting sustainable agriculture, providing resources for poultry and vegetable farming, and empowering women’s groups through income-generating activities. Health & Well-being: Promoting access to essential healthcare and maternal health services and raising awareness on health and nutrition. Education: Working to improve access to quality education, especially for children in marginalized communities, to ensure they have a brighter future. Emergency Response & Resilience: Collaborating with partners to provide relief and rehabilitation support in disaster-affected areas, focusing on flood response, health services, and training on disaster management. Our Partnerships Working with key partners such as CAFOD, START Network, UNICEF, and others, TITI Foundation aligns with international and local efforts to maximize impact and address urgent needs with effective, sustainable solutions.
