The Konnections Project Behaviour Services is founded by Sita Wareesngaid, who places her expertise and compassion at the heart of every interaction within our service.
We specialise in providing person-centred behaviour support approaches that empower your strengths, needs, and goals. We shift away from labelling "challenging behaviours" and instead, we move towards gaining a deeper understanding of the whole person and what might be driving behaviours of concern. Through a collaborative approach, we provide tailored behaviour support plans that are responsive to unique needs. We work closely with participants and their support teams to implement behaviour support plans, build safe environments, and teach skills to foster positive behavioural changes.
