I am passionate in understanding what a persons behaviour means to them, and supporting them to meet that need functionally, alongside focusing on the individuals quality of life and supporting them to be able to do the things that they want in their lives. With a main focus ensuring that individuals get the right level of support to give them the independence they need and are safe in the support they are receiving.
