Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS) was founded in 2017 with the mission of supporting leaders - one individual and team at at time. Utilizing results-based strategies and approaches, support is provided to individuals who may wish to address development opportunities within their current roles or seeing to prepare for their next role. TLS also supports organizations and teams who are seeking to navigate change, seek to set strategic direction or wish to ensure full alignment on key objectives and outcomes. TLS works with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes. Our experiences range from work within healthcare, insurance, engineering and non-profit arenas. Our coaching and leadership approaches are based on proven methodologies and techniques and are designed to support successful outcomes.
