In 2019, Traci Delgado had a vision for bringing together Talent Management Executives to promote dialogue and networking. What started as a group of 10-15 volunteers has grown into a community of over 300 leaders across HR, Learning and Development and Talent Management.
We would like to invite you to become an official member of the Talent Management Executive Consortium (TMEC). TMEC was founded with the purpose of connecting talent management executives with each other to form a strategic competitive advantage. We do this by offering thought leadership on today’s most relevant issues, exchanging innovative ideas, and sharing best practices and research in the talent space.
As a member, we encourage you to get involved in our evolution, impact, and growth by participating in TMEC events and/or volunteering on a committee to help drive and elevate overall engagement and industry development.
