Services Include: •Project Management, including the development of a plan to effectively and efficiently migrate a client’s on premise IT system from its on-premise location to the cloud computing model infrastructure. Depending on the nature of the project, assumes all roles for its completion or assists the client’s on site IT staff when necessary •Management Consultant, including streamlining a client’s business processes by creating workflows in SharePoint and integrating it with all other lines of business applications •Software Development, including the creation of web-based ASP.Net applications, websites, and integration of QuickBooks with applications such as SharePoint •Leadership and Client Services, including assistance to aide a client to solve problems and manage change •Training, including leadership of groups engaged in design and implementations projects, training the trainer after successful Exchange and SharePoint migrations to the cloud, and coordination of other partners and vendors working with the client
