Fundación ROFÉ was created to promote and generate positive change in the world. ROFÉ (originally in Hebrew) means to heal. The nature of this name is transformative energy. The word ROFÉ accurately expresses our purpose to seek sustainable development and the transformation of our environment. We take the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations as a reference for our work. We aim to reduce poverty and inequality, educating young people in vulnerable conditions with a focus on work opportunities. We seek to improve their quality of life through comprehensive training programs that help them adapt to the work environment and be productive in the short term. For companies, our allies in this regard, we design customized programs to recruit well-trained human talent while fulfilling their corporate social responsibility.
