We are a social venture that aims to streamline mental health care by helping individuals identify, connect, and follow through with mental health resources such as peer support networks and one-on-one therapies. Founded on three pillars (1) community engagement, (2) contextual specificity, and (3) cultural sensitivity, it is grounded in stakeholder collaboration, validated by research in the Lehigh Valley.
In addition, users can engage in shared lived experiences navigating the mental health space and cultural discourse through blog-based storytelling. This approach—the MindFull approach, connects individuals by leveraging critical mass theory and the snowball effect to empower people to take charge of their own mental health, strengthen their communities, and be their own agents of change.
