TABU

TABU is a complex support system for elementary and secondary school students. It combines a collection of products that act as primary prevention while matching students with specialists. By providing students with vital knowledge, skills, and support, we want to transform attitudes around mental health and taboo issues. Peer-to-peer workshops: These are interactive workshops run by psychology students for primary and secondary school students. The aim of these workshops is to teach students how to recognise problems and what to do when they occur. Helpline: In collaboration with psychologists, an online platform has been created where students can go in case of need and confide anonymously. Experts then provide advice and support. This is crucial as not everyone has the courage to speak up about their problems. Lectures for parents: We also want to involve parents since the digital era has created a significant divide between parents and their children. We plan to organise talks and seminars for parents to inform them about the problems facing their children's generation and how they can help their children. Speed dating and first aid kits: In the future, we will also work on developing other activities such as "Speed Dating", where students can try out different therapeutic methods in a short period of time, and the "First Aid Suitcase", which acts as an anti-stress kit for schools.
