Tory R. Walker Engineering, Inc. (TRWE) was incorporated in February 2000 to offer water resources planning and engineering services to public agencies and private sector clients. TRWE provides consulting services to government agencies, engineering firms, environmental consultants, and developers throughout Southern California. Tory Walker, a registered Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager, is a widely recognized expert, with over 35 years of experience in water resources planning and engineering. As leaders in the water resources industry, TRWE is known for expertise in all surface water disciplines and for innovative ways of integrating these disciplines. TRWE offers services in storm water management, watershed and floodplain management, flood facilities design, sedimentation and erosion, and river restoration.
