Inspection of Building setup before initial Reporting • Scheduled required Routine Inspection and Testing as per ‘Baseline Data’ generating detailed Reporting of activities and any Defects identified via Customer Portal and notifications • Third Party Independent Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) conducted onsite and findings/ Defects Reported • Annual Compliance achieved if NO Defects outstanding
