We Fuel Rockets is a specialist project partner for talent acquisition and human resources. Established in July 2018, it set out on a mission to offer businesses an alternative to traditional recruitment agencies, by offering a more affordable and efficient way of overcoming hiring and people-related challenges. From working with some of the most exciting businesses in Europe, it collated evidence which indicates the inefficiencies of contingency recruitment and agency services, not just for hiring businesses, but for recruiters as well. Something that it is focused on eradicating. From this, We Fuel Rockets was able to develop a proposition that supersedes the archaic methods of traditional recruitment and HR services, and which is an affordable solution for businesses of all stages, from ambitious start-ups with limited resources that need to build the best core team, to well-backed scale-ups with major hiring required for rapid growth. By taking a project approach to overcoming these challenges, embedding specialists into client operations remotely or on-site for the required period, providing additional consultation and support based on the data generated from all activities, it provides a flexible and fluid function that grows and evolves as part of a client's business. As with more common project and outsourcing services, We Fuel Rockets offers a monthly subscription service rather than operating on a cost-per-hire basis, which reduces spend significantly, can scale alongside clients, and allows better forecasting of recruitment and HR expenditure.
