Before roasting coffee in Hawaiʻi, our Roaster was a Fire Fighter in New York's FDNY. Every firehouse started the tour with the same Tradition, enjoying a cup of coffee at the kitchen table while talking, listening and sharing. Hawaiʻi also has many great Traditions to respect and love. One of our favorites is “talking story,” an extended moment where we talk, listen and share. Coffee is our way of bringing the world a little closer together. When Tradition is shared, we learn that we have more in common with each other than differences. There is New York Tradition in every cup and Aloha in every sip.
We globally source the highest quality, specialty-grade coffee beans available throughout the world. We then roast the beans in a fire heated drum, drawing out the exquisite flavors hidden within each bean. As a family owned business, our coffee selections continually reach deeper than flavor, focusing on farmers who match our dedication towards sustainability, organic agriculture and fair-trade.
