The School of Open Learning (a part of the Campus of Open Learning) formerly known as The School of Correspondence Courses and Continuing Education, established under the University of Delhi in 1962, is a pioneer Institution in the field of Distance Education in India. The Training and Placement Committee at Delhi University School of Open Learning (DU SOL) is a dedicated and proactive body committed to enhancing its students' employment and professional readiness. Recognizing the importance of practical exposure and industry interaction, the Training and Placement Committee serves as a bridge between academic learning and real-world career opportunities. Through networking events, guest lectures, and industry interactions, the committee aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the professional landscape and the specific requirements of various industries. It also engages in career counselling, resume-building workshops, and interview cracking workshops to ensure that students are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
